Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with business and solution architecture team to understand the Data Architecture requirements and architect end to end solution
Translate the business requirements into an integration and dimensional design strategy for the application /data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives
Partner with IT application owners and appropriate resources to find the best way to acquire data from source systems and feed them into the data warehouse/ downstream data sinks
Perform detailed analysis of the source data and design the data extraction and data quality framework implementation strategy
Participate and provide input for Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) strategies in partnership with the ETL Developer
Work with business and power users to identify the access patterns and reporting requirements and design solutions accordingly
Assist in declaring the grain of data in fact tables, identifying metrics and dimensions and understands Slowly Changing Dimensions
Work very well with the Business Analyst and the ETL Developer throughout the lifecycle of the project
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Experience on Databases, SQL programming
8+ years of experience managing large scale Data Integration projects
Experience in Azure, Data bricks, ADF, Python, Bigdata, Kafka, NoSQL
Experience in development in an ETL, Reporting tool / data visualization tool
Experience on design on BI Dashboards database design
Expert in Data Modeling methodologies (ER, Dimensional etc.)
