Compensation and Benefits for IT Coordinator:
$65,000 – $85,000 annual salary, plus quarterly profit-sharing bonus

Opportunity
Stellar is seeking an IT Coordinator with Project Managing experience to work closely with our IT Provider on projects and initiatives that impact our ability to serve our residents and employees. This is a new position at Stellar so we are seeking someone with strong experience in this area that can come in and help build out this role.
The types of projects that this role would focus on are:
Wifi install and upgrade for new acquired senior living communities. Managing the project with vendors and IT team to successfully install and setup our network and wifi system at each acquisition.
Business phone system upgrade to Voip. Evaluating and coordinator projects with vendors to replace older SIP, PBX or POTS phone systems to Voip systems. Evaluating current systems to identify savings opportunities.
Backup internet service for all locations. Because we are healthcare, internet connectivity is vital. New acquisitions often need a second internet connection brought in.
Device management (iOS, Chrome, Windows, etc). Setting up and administering MDM, Chrome Console, and other device management platforms.
IT Systems review to identify areas to improve efficiency, cut costs, enhance user experience, and improve employee effectiveness.
Any other IT related projects that arise or identified as an opportunity to reduce expense, improve service, or enable our employees to better perform their job and serve our residents.
. Requirements:

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, IT, or related field
3+ years of experience working in project management with IT related projects strongly preferred
Self starter that is able to work independently with little to no supervision
Great team player that can take the lead as needed/assigned
Fantastic communicator
Love for serving people, especially seniors!
