Job Description : Administrative & Finance Assistant Pay Range: $16-$20/hr. – Depending on ExperienceJob DescriptionThe person hired for this position would assist with Daily Administrative and Accounting tasks that would include help with Customer Receivable collections, invoicing and monitoring vendor invoices, monthly customer statements, filing, account reconciling for both customers and vendors, along with other accounting and administrative duties.This is an hourly position with a competitive benefits package. Year over year increases in paid time off, IRA employer match, bonus structure and more. Hourly wage varies depending on experience.Preference will be made for the candidate that shows an aptitude for high interpersonal skills, dynamic thinking, and whom expresses an interest in further growing their assigned customer accounts. Corrpac cares about its employees and knows that good people are the building blocks necessary to create great companies.* Some Responsibilities Would Include: · Answering inbound phone calls· Monitoring Customer Receivables, including collection calls· Accounts Payable Invoicing· Monthly Customer Statements· Working on getting customers set up on terms via Reference Requests· Filing· Checking Billing Accuracy from Retail· Vendor Statement Reconciliation· Handling cash, credit card, and check payments· Track and help reach key service metrics· Special projects as assigned· Suggest process improvements to make the team more effectiveBasic Qualifications**· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills· Strong clerical skills – typing, emailing, faxing, billing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing· Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment; flexible· High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the companyPreferred Qualifications**· 1+ years of experience in an admin/ customer service role in a fast-paced environment· Excellent organization, planning, time management, and problem-solving skills· Highly motivated, organized, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision· Positive, proactive, and able to consistently exercise great judgment· Ability to handle administrative details independently, while keeping team members and customers adequately informed· Ability to prioritize and react with appropriate levels of urgency to multiple situations, requests and events that require quick response or turnaround· Has effectively managed a high volume of work and performed efficiently· A demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities· Ability to listen to constructive feedback and adjust as appropriateJob Type: Full-timeBenefit Conditions:Waiting period may applyOnly full-time employees eligibleWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
