Job Description : Production Supervisors NeededSchedule: 6pm to 6am Job Summary: The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day Production operations to include planning production schedules. Collaborates in the development and implementation of organization policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of production goals. Gives work direction, resolves problems, prepares schedules, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work. Ensures production activities adhere to all quality objections.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Maintains safe and clean work environmentAccomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectationsMaintains staff by orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunitiesMaintains work flow by monitoring steps of the processCompletes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work resultsMaintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standardsEnsures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.Requirements: 2-4 years of Production Supervisor ExperienceCommunicate fluently in English (Spanish is a plus)Strong computer MS office, interpersonal, and organizational skillsHas extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsPerforms a variety of complicated tasksWorks well in fast pace environment Knowledge of food plant manufacturing systemsAble to work independently with minimal supervisionAble to work in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task and prioritizeAble to pass a drug and background test”Work Location: One locationWork Remotely- NoJob Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 – $29.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:12 hour shiftExperience:Production Supervisor: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
