· Site preparation.
· All work for machine installation e.g. shed, electrical connection, exhaust connection, machine installation and commissioning.
Skills :
Field Service, Installation, Commissioning, Handling Customer Complaints, Data & Record Maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES :-
· Planning and arranging man power, material, and tools as per requirement at site.
· Efficient allocation and handling of manpower on site & shop floor.
· Continuous monitoring of Customer’s complaints, service & Quality of machines and Incoming components.
Reducing customer complaints & handling customer in proper way.
· Improving productivity by using TPM way.
· Carry out 5S audit and Maintaining 5S in the production line and shop floor
· Reducing rejection, motion loss and operator fatigue by Kaizens.
· Making the Pokayokes for controlling the assembly errors..
· Daily data entry and record maintain.
