We are looking for Social Media Design and Communications Expert for a duration of 12 months
Business Context :
The HUL Employee Experience & Talent acquisition team has adopted an end to end digital, purpose driven and insightful hiring experience with the objective of attracting the best talent from the market, with cost-efficiency, in industry-leading time. Our future top talent is not only working with other FMCG companies, but they are also entrepreneurs, hackathon winners, working as fellows with government institutions, underrepresented communities and more. There is a need to design cutting edge campaigns, career site content and communication to attract and engage with the external talent market.
Project Overview:
During the course of the project you will work closely with the Employee Experience HR leadership team and enrich our recruiting efforts by designing social media strategy, creating campaigns in line with business priorities, develop career site content, lead all EX internal communication such as quarterly business updates, strategy decks and talent newsletters for global & local consumption.
Key Deliverables:
Under this project the consultant will be working on:
Collaborate with Employee experience and HR leadership teams to convert business priorities into cutting edge communication strategy
Develop, implement, and manage Talent Acquisition and New employment model social media plan. Design & create content for atleast 4 campaigns by end of the project duration. For. E.g., LGBTQI, PWD, women in Tech & Women in STEM
Work on social media plan, inclusive of content activations and content plans to support the Talent Acquisition priorities and initiatives across business-critical functions
Develop social editorial calendars and communicate deliverable deadlines with internal stakeholders
Execute special and monthly/weekly content posts across various social media platforms & job platforms
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Design candidate engagement content plan for the HUL talent network community ready to be deployed by Q2
Identify candidates’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Lead the execution of social and digital strategies including contracting, negotiating, content scheduling, posting, and timely reporting with support from partner agencies on an occasional basis
Boost and promote key pieces of social content to drive D&I programs
Adhere to and maintain workback timelines for projects and programs
Lead oversight of Talent community management, maintaining highly engaged community responsiveness
Lead content approvals with both internal and external stakeholders
Manage internal stakeholders to ensure all content deliverables and or strategies are delivered in a timely manner
Design and develop newsletters and business strategy updates for Employee experience & Talent Acquisition functions – 2 per quarter.

Key Skills Required:
Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter , Social Media strategist or similar role
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
