Job Description : Overview:
*** $1000.00 SIGN ON BONUS ***
Starting Hourly Wage: $24.32 + differential
We are currently looking for a highly skilled A Operator to work out of our Salt Lake, Utah facility supporting our Blue shift from 6:00 am – 6:00pm, schedule 2-2-3.

Firestone Building Products is a leading international manufacturer and supplier of a comprehensive product portfolio for commercial building performance solutions.
Responsibilities:
Check the status of equipment in the production operating system.
Responsible for preparing each run according to the daily production schedule.
Validating batch information and set up.
Monitors each run for quality and efficiency e.g., wet density and line speed.
Adjusts equipment settings based on quality control feedback.
Capturing production run information (chemical used, downtime, and scrap reporting) and inputting data into the production data base.
Maintains the hour by hour board.
Maintain the 5 S posture of the A-Operator area.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma; or 1-2 year vocational training/associates degree
Strong Math Skills
Data Entry Experience
Forklift certified
Safety conscious mindset
Basic maintenance skills
Basic computer skills
