Executive – AMI Executive Management Team
The Executive Management Team will act as a change agent and role model in support of leading-edge learning, development and leadership practice. This role presents a unique opportunity for you to establish yourself as a key part of the team and experience working in our dynamic environment.
You will work at Executive level with the Senior Business Partner & other members of the Safety & Health Finance team to provide clear, concise, timely and accurate financial information to the Operational P&L owners and their management teams in accordance with the Group timetable.
You will capture, assess and prioritize skills needs, provide advice and determine the most effective solutions to enhance performance. The role will manage relationships with business stakeholders across the Executive as well as working with the Global Learning Teams.
Your key responsibilities
As a Learning Lead, you will be responsible for:m
Responsible for business partnering and managing relationships
Ownership of business unit segments
Production of the following product area summary reports for management teams
Responsible for end-to-end FP&A for the complete Business unit
Extraction and mining of data from the source MIS system
New business tracker and data tabs
Key deal analysis
Ability to understand the changing business needs and redesign MIS and analysis around the same
Support business review and any analysis required for senior management
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiative
Sound grip on inventory management
Strong stakeholder coordination for engagement management
Manage and maintain the curriculum plan and catalogue for a portion of the portfolio, review and update the existing catalogue, and align Global and Local catalogues to avoid duplication where required
Working with business to facilitate the identification of high impact experiences to accelerate the development of the talent
Challenge existing processes and working methods to deliver a programme of continuous improvement within both Finance and operational flow
Supporting other ad-hoc projects and assignments as deemed needed
Lead the learning the deployment functions

To qualify for the role you must have
A Master’s degree in finance or commers graduate
At least 2-3 years of significant experience of working in a professional services firm or MNC environment
Soft skills like Advance Excel & Power point is must
Experience with facilitation is preferred but not mandatory
Ideally you’ll also have
Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building and presentation skills.
Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
