Understand and deliver to internal/external client expectations by independently overseeing operations on key projects and coaching a team of 3-6.
ATL – Roles and Responsibilities
To be a reporting manager for a team of 3-6 members. Team generally consists of PAs, Sr PAs and PMs
Maintain a 50% workload of direct project work
Help manage internal relationships for the team’s account portfolio.
Actively monitor and update management with team key performance indicator data
Train/Mentor the team members on process related aspects
Identify training opportunities for the team and align them through appropriate training pathways
Responsible for staff administration including reviews and salaries
Monitor and proactively communicate with internal and external clients regarding team milestones, hurdles, etc.
Effectively work/communicate within a team based environment
Use advanced capabilities to complete custom/complex projects
Provides guidance or specialized services that directly support or affect results.
Champion project best practices (e.g. Survey review, Programming flow, Data review, Methodology, Working knowledge of client lists) with global project teams
Provide guidance and troubleshoot project delivery challenges
Take responsibility for the successful execution of all projects managed within the team
Annual performance review of the team members, recognizing/rewarding their accomplishments, coaching/guiding them through shortfalls and identifying the growth opportunities for the team and help them grow.
