Job Description : United Pro Cleaning is coming to Salt Lake City!Job Title: Cleaning Technician (Residential and Commercial)Pay: $25-34/hourJob Description: We are currently seeking dedicated, reliable, and friendly, cleaning superstars to add to our team of Independent Contractors! Our job is to find great cleaning technicians who can accept jobs in the Salt Lake City Area (up to 50 mile radius). We then match you with clients who are in need of your qualified cleaning services. We handle all of the customer service, scheduling, payments and bill. You’re able to keep your already established clients; we are just here to help you gain more business.You keep 100% of the tips you get plus the possibility to earn bonuses and other incentives for great work.If you are someone who likes to clean homes and takes pride in your work with great customer service skills then this is the job for you!Duties: Main duties include providing customers with cleaning services, which include but not limited to:Emptying binsVacuuming and mopping floorsDusting surfacesCleaning refrigeratorsCleaning countertopsWiping appliancesCleaning sinks (including plughole)Cleaning stovesMaking bedsCleaning blinds and window ledgesEmptying trash cansWiping table topsWiping down mirrors and glass fixturesAnd any other reasonable requests made by the Company.Requirements: Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required.Valid Driver’s License / ID.Must be legally able to work in the US.English speakingHave own working vehicle (MUST be comfortable driving for jobs – could be 50 miles)Have access to email or smart phoneMust have own cleaning supplies (list will be provided)Submit and pass a background checkJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $25.00 – $34.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Monday to FridayOn callWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payTipsAbility to commute/relocate:Salt Lake City, UT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Residential cleaning: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Night Shift (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
