Job Title DGM/AGM-Commercial Department Commercial

Level E3/E4 Function / Sub Function Commercial Operations

Reporting to Head – Commercial Location AHMEDABAD

Job Objective

To be custodian of business’ DOA, SOPs and policies. Handle marketing operations and manage / escalate operational and commercial risks, have close coordination with credit risk team, marketing and logistics functions. Be an active member of technology and digitization initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities Mitigate operational and commercial risk, position company as customer oriented as well as demonstating compliance to DOA, SOPs and systems.

Technology and IT Enablement SAP knowledge, especially SD module. Exposure and working with digital marketing and operations.

KRAs with Outcomes ( Jobs which brings value to the organisation)

Systems and processes Custodian of DOA, SOPs and Systems Ensure compliance

Operations Handle post contract activities : deal to contract conversion monitoring, EMD receipt monitoring, payment follow up, including plot rent and interest payments, processing and issuance of delivery orders, making sure timely closure of contracts. Minimal customer complaints, optimize books utilization, reconciliation and MIS

Risks and Mitigation Highlighting marked to market opportunities and risks, escalation of potential litigation and legal issues Alertness and timely escalation of risks, minimizing legal and commercial impact on business

Stake holder engagement Seamless coordination between credit risk team, marketing and logistics. Inter functional informaiton exchange and resolution of conflicts

Digitization drive Be an active contributor to the digitization drive of the business Bring transparency and efficiency
