Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The Digital Lead will work closely with the Head of Digital at Group Technology Office to steer digital strategy, innovation, and transformation programs across different businesses of Mahindra Group. S/he will help Mahindra Group businesses in conceptualizing and building the digital products, services, channels and platforms to deliver the best in class Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX).
Define the digital experience (CX/EX) strategy, set a 2-3 year aspirational plan and implement the same
Lead digital transformation projects to strengthen the value proposition of Mahindra Group as a significant customer and people centric organization
Spearhead interactions with customers, business heads, employees, functional owners, ecosystem partners and vendors, adding significant value from digital experience standpoint
Collaborate across functions and teams on the diagnostic, digital experience vision/strategy, roadmap and implementation/execution of digital interventions
Deliver new digital products and enhancements to existing products for future ready online and offline customer and employee journeys, driving a step change in the technology and data that underpins the experience
Lead a continuous improvement program to optimise digital assets and platforms based on customers and employees’ feedback, performance analysis, AB tests and latest competitor and industry developments
Continuously measure, monitor and improve the effectiveness of end-to-end digital CX/EX
Develop and maintain a digital governance framework with policies and standards culminating in a digital playbook for the Group
Experience
10+ years’ experience in leading and executing large scale digital transformations and building digital products, services, channels and platforms; with demonstrated business impact
Ability to leverage design thinking approach for solving a range of business and customer problems
Experience of running large transformation programs with an Agile and experimentative approach
Should have a strong point of view on user journeys and UI/UX workflows, with significant exposure in designing and re-engineering business processes
Industry Preferred
Qualifications

Engineering / MBA top tier schools
