Job Description : We are a recruiting firm looking for an Office Assistant to help with various tasks within our company. The right candidate will love variety, have strong attention to detail, and be able to multitask and juggle multiple hats.This position will mainly act as support to our sales team with various administrative assignments as needed.Responsibilities:Assist our sales team with administrative needs and keep them organizedUpdate job postings with current informationSpeak with doctors to collect outstanding information neededRetype resumes/CVs into correct formatting as neededRun reports as directed by sales associated with texting and emails providers in the database.
