Job Description
Strong experience in GCP – Google cloud platform
Experience in Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and platforms as a service (PaaS).
Experience preparing technical runbooks, SOPs and publishing on Confluence
Build pipeline (CI) experience in both design and implementation.
Experience in containerization technology, Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, GKE.
Knowledge of Trouble shooting API’s
Delivered Cloud Adoption Framework and Well Architect-ed Framework principles.
Strong experience connecting to DBs, data warehouse , Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)clusters and running queries
Experience working with onsite L3 teams, Collaborating on major/critical issues, being part of priority issue
Strong incident management experience and SLA management (Major incident management)
Strong Experience in being part of Production/Application support team
Automation and scripting experience.
Have the ability to learn new technologies and a strategy for upskilling yourself on the job.
Have great communication skills with stakeholders at all levels (executives to technical)
Experienced in consulting to clients in automation and migration strategy and execution.
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment.
Collaborate With team members to improve the company engineering tools, systems and Procedures, and data security.
Comfortable with on-call duties during weekdays and weekends
