Job Description : HR ManagerA growing organization HQ’d in Center City Phildelphia is looking for an HR Manager who will oversee a Generalist and Coordinator. There is a lot of opportunity for growth as the company grows which they are doing rapidly! They are open to someone on a hybrid or remote scheduled.Responsibilities:Ensure seamless operation of all core HR operational functions such as benefits, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, etc.Proactively partner with department leaders to ensure performance management occurs regularly and constructively.Ensure that the HR team manages recruiting against annual budget, work proactively with hiring managers, and coordinate in-house and third-party recruiters to ensure prompt, quality hiring.Ensure visibility to applicant tracking, recruiting pipeline, expecting hiring timing, and more by building HR’s capability to analyze and report progress.Take the “pulse” of the organization through surveys, events, communication, and outreach.Drive process improvement to enable repeatable KPIs with actionable insights for the Executive Team.Act as a key leader in maintaining an inclusive, open-minded, environmentally friendly and ethical environment.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree5+ years of HR experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
