Design, develop and evaluate learning resources and activities for all JForceT
What You’ll be Doing
You will get to be a master of the universe, at least when it comes to designing new hire and ongoing curriculum. You will get to kindly be bossy as you coordinate with all department trainers for all ILT. If you love to nerd out on continually learning how adults learn best, keep on reading. We need someone that can ensure our JForce is staying on top of trainings. We need someone that loves the analytical side of work to determine how effective trainings are going.
