Position : Officer- Store
Job Description : Knowledge about taxation/commercial terms is necessary
Responsible for receiving, storage, issuing and accounting of inventory.
Prepare shortage list based on production plan and coordinate with purchase team for timely availability of material for production
Check quantity of material on receipt and offer for quality inspection
Process GRN and handover bills to account team for booking the bills
Periodic inventory verification against book stock and reconciliation of materials
Coordinate the material movement into/out of factory through valid documents like invoices, delivery challans, gate pass etc
Responsible for accounting of material in ERP
Keep inventories at optimal levels to meet the operation’s need
ISO documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Implement Kaizens and 5S in stores
