Position : Quality Control -Metallurgist
Job Description : Location: Ahmedabad
Eligibility: Post Graduate / Graduate in Matallurgist having experience of at least 5 years from similar industry.
Ensuring the quality inspection of incoming as well as outgoing materials.
Ensuring final quality planning and inspection as per control process based on customer’s specification.
Preparation and updation of all necessary reports as required by the customer.
Preparing of CAPA against the quality complaint received from the customer and ensuring the implementation of the same.
Analysis of inhouse rejection, customer complaints and find out the root cause of the problems.
Preparation of inhouse inspection reports as per the control plan.
Responsible for process audit and customer audit and maintaining records of the same.
Supervision of preventive as well as breakdown maintenance.
Performing / involve in metallography inspection of different grades for various customers.
Successfully handled failure analysis, material characterization, root cause analysis & corrective & preventive measures.
