We are collaborative and engaging.Our work environment includes:Flexible working hoursLively atmosphereAlpine Dermatology is now hiring for a Full-Time front desk receptionist to assist in making each and every patients’ experience amazing! (Experience in a medical clinic is preferred but not required). We are a small local dermatology clinic and med spa located in Alpine, UT. Our office is a friendly, fun, and very professional environment where work ethic, a positive attitude and loyalty are highly valued. If you’re interested in skin care and passionate about customer service, this is the job for you!Exceptional customer service is very important and will be a vital part of your job. As the first face our patients see when they walk into our clinic, we are looking for a friendly face who can add positivity to their clinic experience. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, self motivated, a great multi-tasker, organized, friendly and reliable.Job duties include but are not limited to:-Opening up front lobby.- Answering phones: scheduling appointments, reminder calls, returning voicemails.- Patient Check In / Check Out- Verifying patient insurance information.- Collecting payment for medical and cosmetic services / products / and co-payments.- Answering patient questions about appointment dates or product information.- Next day chart preparation for back office staff.Our benefits package includes health, vision and dental insurance and a 401K.Hours are Monday- Friday from 7:45 am – 4:00 p.m.We are so excited to have a wonderful new addition to our staff here at Alpine Dermatology!Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
