Job Description : Job will start date January 17, 2022
Enjoy working in a relaxed Newly renovated Luxury Spa atmosphere.
Help Receptionist in assisting clients with check-in.
Lead clients to treatment area.
Must provide clients with class A service.
Help keep Spa clean and organized. Following all COVID requirements.
Assist with cleaning of equipment and rooms.
Assist Therapist as needed.
Other job duties as assigned.
Knowledge of office computer programs including MS Office Suite.
Strong skills in English grammar and spelling as well as written & verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures & systems such as coordinating/managing daily tasks, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
Solutions oriented.
Strong attention to details.
Prefer prior experience in spa or healthcare industry with a strong desire to learn and grow.
