Position : Football Analyst
Job Description : Overview:
Utah State University Football Program is hiring a Football Analyst. The Analyst position is a primary aid to the coaching staff. This position reports to the Football Coaching staff. The Analyst will provide various duties in analysis, quality control, administrative, and organizational capacities.
Responsibilities:
Assist staff with daily supervision of players.
Assist Coordinator and/or staff with all duties for practice and game plan preparation.
Complete breakdowns of opponents to be completed a week ahead of time.
Coordinate video cutups of all opponent film. Assist Coordinator and/or staff with distribution of game plans.
Responsible for off season future opponent breakdown and cutups.
Responsible for various elements of quality control.
Build quality relationships and work collaboratively and professionally with coaching staff, coaches from other USU sports, athletics, and University staff, students, business vendors and all donors and stakeholders. Abide by all written policies and procedures of Utah State University, the Department of Athletics, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and all applicable conferences or associations.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Football coaching or playing experience required.
Qualifying degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions and conferred by the time of hire.
Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:
High School or Collegiate coaching experience is preferred.
Familiarity with video.

Outdoors, incumbents may not be protected from weather conditions and may be exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold. The incumbent may also be exposed to loud noises or vibrations from equipment, and conditions that may affect the respiratory system, such as fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, and poor ventilation.
