Job Description : CP Build was founded in 1980 and is a privately held and fast-growing interior finishes contractor. We are a group of highly talented tight-knit construction professionals mixed with strategic and passionate individuals focused on executing projects and supplying the best-curated products from around the world. We are growing and looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team.

You should have experience balancing the need for process with promoting autonomy and excessive communication.

This Role has Direct Responsibility for:
1. Greet and assist customers and other employees to ensure business functionality
2. Customer service
3. Procurement of materials and supplies
4. Data entry
5. Schedule Management
6. Showroom management
Education, Background, and Skills Required:
1. 2+ years’ experience in a customer facing role
2. 1+ year working with Microsoft Office and customer service
3. Works well with others and under pressure
4. Thrives working in a fast-paced environment, staying focused even with frequent interruptions
5. Organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
6. Ability to identify opportunities and responsibilities with minimal instruction
7. Ability to work full-time, year round
8. Ability to adapt to changes quickly
9. Strong verbal, written and customer communication skills
Job Responsibilities and Outcomes:
1. Track product to be ordered just in time for each project
2. Build, maintain, install and product ordering schedules, proving frequent updates
3. Ensure timely billings to customers
4. Facilitate weekly internal meetings to discuss all current projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $40,000 a year
