Summary:

The Seller Risk Agent is responsible for mitigating risk and overexposure that may harm our customers. Their focus is to reduce customer friction and maintaining site trust and integrity by monitoring high risk seller activity. They must be able to balance tasks with little instruction while still achieving results.

Duties:

Identify and action seller accounts that may be at risk of over exposure on site
Conduct targeted research and investigations into seller accounts with large quantities of tickets for single events/dates
Implement our Global Seller Standards policies which includes warnings and suspensions for sellers whom have dropped to unacceptable site metrics
Establish, maintain and enforce ticket limits for high risk events and inventory
Build department and training documents for new policies and procedures
Utilize various investigative resources, applications and techniques depending on circumstances
Prioritize workload to minimize risk to the business and our customers
Handling multiple tasks or projects at once while effectively prioritizing time based on company priorities
Performing sensitive investigations while maintaining high levels of confidentiality to protect our site and users
Continually monitor cases and events for risk while providing feedback to teammates and leadership

Basic Requirements:

1+ years of StubHub experience
Strong understanding of StubHub marketplace, particularity seller activity
Ability to interpret information from multiple sources and work with large data sets
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, to technical or non-technical audiences
Effective and proven negotiation skills
Demonstrates strong time management and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in stressful situations with a sense of urgency
Aptitude and inclination to protect highly confidential information
Proactive on tasks without prompting and a self-starter
Networking with people at all levels within a range of organizations

Regular Schedule Is M-F days however, position may require, based on business need, to flex in on weekends for certain events.
