Position : Tier 1 Tech Support (Part-Time, Weekend Days Only)
Job Description : Customer Solutions Tech Support – Work from Home (Entry-Level)Customer Solutions Specialists (CSS) are responsible for creating peace of mind for our customers. CSS employees are responsible for providing a world-class experience during each interaction by being thorough and professional. This philosophy applies to all employees, whether or not they are providing technical assistance or answering inquiries.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Available Part-Time Shift (Non-Benefited):
Saturday – Sunday: 0900 – 2100 hrs. (MST/MDT)
Essential Function/Responsibilities:
Handle all customer support tickets and initial troubleshooting
Develop extensive knowledge of Cywest Communication’s varied product lines and troubleshooting processes
Be an advocate for our customers by creating peace of mind
Accurately document and update records in required support systems
Build customer loyalty through exceptional customer service
Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Live within Salt Lake or Utah County only
Have a reliable high-speed internet connection, cell phone, and reliable transportation for meetings at our Office/Data Center in Utah County.
Familiarity with Windows 10 and All Microsoft Office Applications.
Technical Experienced (Preferred)
Working knowledge of network troubleshooting, including ping, tracert, nslookup, etc.; or equivalent certifications (CCNA, Network+, etc.)
Excellent computer and typing skills (navigate multiple software applications simultaneously)
Desire to learn and grow within traditional networking and virtualization (Specifically Cisco Networking and VMware Virtualization)
