Position : Call Center Agent
Job Description : We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and potential customers. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers through outbound calls.
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for NoviHome sales force through cold-calls
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities
Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills
Previous experience in a customer support role
Track record of over-achieving quota
Excellent written verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
