Position : Customer Care Rep. (Answering Service) 2nd Shift /Office/Remote Possible
Job Description : CONTACT COMMUNICATIONS Inc. – is Seeking a full time Answering Service Customer Care Representative for 2nd shift 4-10 hour shifts per week or 5-8 hour shifts (includes 1 weekend shift) Initial training will take place in our Call Center located on Castle Shannon Blvd Mt Lebanon, PA. This office has both free parking and is also a short walk from the T station. Work from home for this position is possible if the candidate meets our at home requirements. For work from home the candidate would need to live within an approximate 30 minute commute radius of our Pittsburgh office location.
