Position : Data Analyst

Job Description : Job Summary

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and communicating data insights throughout the company. We are looking for someone who is curious about data, passionate about finding truths in data, and excited to share their analysis of the data to drive the company forward.

Responsibilities and Duties

Establish the data infrastructure and front end dashboards using SQL data sources and Domo.
Work with stakeholders throughout Valley to answer business questions, drive change with actionable metrics, and otherwise provide insights through data.
Promote growth through data.
Assist leaders and employees throughout the organization with data analysis and interpretation of existing dashboards and metrics.
Maintain the health and stability of infrastructure supporting Business Intelligence systems.
Maintain automation utilities and scripts.
Assist users with the development of business intelligence content.
Diagnose, solve and provide root cause analysis for applications and systems.
Create and maintain documentation of BI platform.
Manage system access and security.
Create new ETL processes using the existing platform as new data sources become available.

Qualifications and Skills

Data Analysis
SQL
Data
Python (preferred)
Javascript (preferred)
R (preferred)
BI Software Experience (Domo preferred)
Working with HealthCare data sets (preferred)
Strong communication (must comfortable presenting data to stakeholders)
Critical thinking and problem solving
Ability to function in a consultative role and manage a team or project
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees
