Position : Human Resource Specialist – Part Time
Job Description : Hours: AM or PM shift, Monday – Friday (about 27 hours per week)
Pay: $19.00 to $23.00/hour, depending on experience.
Bonus: $500 after 3 months of employment & $500 more after 6 months of employment = $1,000 bonus (Must start work before April 30, 2022)
The experience you need to succeed:
Two years similar or related experience.
A High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel ad mathematical skills.
Excellent communication for building relationships or soliciting cooperation.
What you’ll do:
Act as a liaison between HR and branches/departments by answering phone and electronic inquiries.
Completes projects and assigned HR duties with minimal supervision.
Acts as a backup for the following: the payroll process, benefits administration, and recruiting.
Assists in maintaining the human resource database to include payroll and benefit information.
Acts as a backup for trainings and enrollment meetings.
Runs audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with HR tasks.
Researches and works with the team to update policies and procedures.
Processes terminated employee files and unemployment claims.
Maintain various logs and records for the HR department.
Conduct exit interviews.
Responsible for planning or helping with various events.
Research and recommend programs to enhance HR function.
