JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing support to the County’s American Recover Plan Act (ARPA)-funded programs including; ensuring compliance with federal guidelines; preparing quarterly reports for the U.S. Department of the Treasury; collecting, analyzing, and reporting program performance data; and communicating findings to internal stakeholders and the public.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field plus two (2) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide technical assistance to prepare ARPA applications, quarterly and annual reports
Work with stakeholders to develop and measure outcomes and indicators for the County’s ARPA-funded programs that connect to broader ARPA goals and federal requirements
Manage applications for ARPA funding from the County agencies
Gather, clean, analyze, and report data on program spending, outputs, and outcomes
Design, build, manage, and iteratively improve reporting dashboards related to ARPA programs for use by internal and external audiences
Coordinate, prepare, and submit quarterly ARPA project reports and other reports as required by the U.S. Treasury or requested by Count
Coordinate and prepare the annual ARPA Recovery Plan for the County
Provide technical assistance and training to ARPA sub-recipients including non-county entities
Maintain and update content on the County’s ARPA public website
Instill a practice of continuous improvement in ARPA program administration, and advise agencies on how to adapt programs in response to new information and changing conditions
Advise County program managers on how to incorporate national best practices for ARPA program design, implementation, administration, and evaluation
Stay up to date on the latest federal reporting guidelines and rules.
Research best practices for ARPA program design, implementation, administration, and evaluation
Synthesize lessons learned from the implementation of ARPA programs to improve the design and administration of existing County programs
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $63,585.00 – $95,378.00 per year
