Job Description : DESCRIPTION
The Dental Intelligence Educational Content Creator is an integral part of the Dental Intelligence Client Education team. Equipped with strong knowledge of our product and the Adobe Creative Suite, you will be responsible for creating professional and engaging learning content to educate and engage our clients with their respective software bundles. This position is a vital role in Educational Content Team.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualize, script, record, and edit videos to create meaningful training content
Create engaging instructional articles, lessons, and content
Create and update lessons in Learning Management System
Maintain content in a library of reusable assets, graphics, and videos
Manages multiple projects including timelines, development of content, audio and video recordings
Gather, and organize technical information from subject matter experts and product owners
Assist in identifying gaps in content and instructional materials
MEASUREMENT:
High engagement of instructional videos
High CSAT scores for content created
Increase in LMS course completions
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar video editing software
Experience in creating training or educational content
Experience working with customers in a SAAS environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present effectively in a friendly but professional voice that is tuned to different audiences
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver projects on time
Attention to detail
