Position : ASSOCIATE – SYSTEM AUTOMATION
Job Description : Location: Pune | Qualifications: BE/B.TECH Electrical/ Instrumentation | Expirence: 0-2 years
Roles and Responsibilities :
A) Pre-order support:
Understand client’s requirement and technical specifications. Provide technical support to the sales and proposal team. If required, provide guidance as well to the sales and proposal team.
B) Post-order work:
Preparation of P&ID Drawings, necessary Electrical and Instrumentation Documents, enquiry documents, data sheets for instruments, Electrical Control Panel & Electrical Material, wherever applicable.
Testing of Electrical panels and instruments as per the operation philosophy.
Provide technical support for troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation issues onsite
Provide technical support and involvement in Electrical and instrumentation activities at factory
Ensuring that all the communication and queries with the vendors regarding instrument technical specification
Handover technical specifications to purchase department for material purchase/bought out material.
C) Coordination & Support:
Provide support during erection and commissioning process once the material has been delivered to the customer.
Resolve technical queries and ensure on-time site support
Coordinate with all the departments and provide solution to the problems faced by the client.
Must go on site for system commissioning or troubleshooting
D) MIS & Reporting:
Compile and provide weekly/monthly reports of work to Management as per requirement.
E) Technical Services:
Testing of Electrical panels and instruments and coordinate with the vendors up to its completion compliance.
Provide technical support to service call. Identify the actions to be taken for the site issues and achieve standard of excellence.
Taking efforts to come up with the ultimate & timely solutions.
F) Learning & Development:
Working on IOT & Industry 4.0 compliant systems.
Identifying ways to reduce panel manufacturing costs.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Must be either a Fresher or someone with a work experience of not more than 2 years. The candidate must be Technically strong and efficient and must hold the following technical skill set:
Knowledge about Instrumentation, Programming Languages (Coding) – SQL, HTML, ARDUINO, JAVA
Calibration of Field Instruments ( Ex: Pressure Transmitter, Flow transmitter, Level Transmitter, Control Valves , PID Controller) PLC Software Development ( SEIMENS & Allen Bradley), MATLAB, knowledge of onsite electrical activities.
