Position : Information Security Risk Quantification – Professional (Remote Work Schedule)

Position Overview:
This role supports day-to-day the Information Security (IS) risk quantification program. The position supports the quantification assessment and management of cybersecurity and access management risks for all IS verticals and other FRE Line of Business (LoB) with limited to no oversight by senior leaders. The role will work closely with the audit, risk partners, and process owners on risk quantification using FAIR framework, controls assessment and communication of the understanding of how we manage Cybersecurity risk. This position reports to the IS Risk and Controls Management Senior Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Supports the IS Risk Quantification team in performing quantitative assessment of cybersecurity risks scenarios based on FAIR and provide advisory service to InfoSec management and line of businesses, assessing and implementing changes to processes, risks & controls
Provide an advisory service to InfoSec Management for mitigating risks associated with InfoSec maturity assessments
Partner and liaise with other 1st line risk management team, 2nd and 3rd lines of defense, maintaining excellent relationships and providing transparency of information systems and security programs
Support the enhancement of the current set of InfoSec risks & controls in alignment with CISO priorities

You will provide risk expertise in Information Security domains and ensure proper understanding and communication of the cybersecurity risk for the firm.
Qualifications:
2 – 4 years related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience
Knowledge and experience with risk management processes, techniques, and tools (e.g., risk qualification and analysis, risk metrics and thresholds, providing management responses) preferably in the Financial Services Industry
Understanding of the FAIR framework and its applicability
Ability to work cross-functionally and establish credibility
Ability to clearly articulate ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language
