Work with senior health leadership with analysis of large sets of patient related data points to help implement operational changes and process improvement.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, information systems, computer science, finance, information management, economics or similar of 4 years of work experience in the field.Prior experience analyzing data sets. Healthcare and medical experience preferred.1-2 years’ experience with Object Oriented Programing, Excel and MS SQL experience required.Preferred Skills: Excellent Excel skillsAdvanced computer and server management skillsAbility to write complex Microsoft SQL queriesExperience with TableauSQL Server Reporting Services or similar application experience.Ability to learn new systems/tools as necessary.Strong database skills which may include solid grasp of Python and SQL data relationships and structuresAbility to gather requirements from end-usersAbility to troubleshoot and validate workflowsStrong communication skillsEssential Duties & Responsibilities: To be successful in this position, individuals must be able to meet and perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
