Job Description : SkyRidge Development is a Real Estate Development Company that is building a new master planned community comprised of 476 single-family luxury homesites in the Greater Park City area on about 670 acres. We have built six Subdivisions and are starting construction on the next two Subdivisions and the Community Amenities in 2022.The growth in real estate over the past year requires adding a Project Assistant to our team. If you are a dynamic and motivated person looking to utilize your proven Office Skills, we have an exceptional career opportunity for you. The specific duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:Provide administrative support to the Development TeamParticipate in Homebuilding Team operationsCoordinate meetings with Consultants, Advisors, and Third-partiesCollect and assemble data into reports and manage company databasesAid in standardizing information for building homes in SkyRidgeProofread various correspondence, documents, and letters to ownersPreparing and filing operating paperwork for various DepartmentsSupport Office operations as neededQualificationsOur ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the desire to grow professionally.
