Job Description : Glyde is a residential solar energy company that helps homeowners understand and implement quality, affordable solar power. Founded in 2020 and based in Lehi, Utah, Glyde is one of the fastest residential solar companies in the nation.As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role for the company. Your role will involve an eclectic set of responsibilities including acting as a primary point of contact for our valued partners, assisting with locating issues with the customers’ documentation. The candidate who will excel in this position will need to have superior communication skills and a commitment to delivering state-of-the-art customer service. We are looking for individuals with exceptional skills to help take the company to the next level. We are not looking to simply add employees to our staff.Reports to upper management on sales progression.Become a product expert to assist contractors and customer’s knowledge and understandingPerform all ‘Welcome Calls’ to new Glyde/EPC customers.Design Approved Call.Provide consistent, accurate updates to our customers.Day After Install call.Drive customer retention, reduce churn rate, and increase customer satisfaction.Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on the client’s behalf.Guide team members in effective client issue resolution and handle any escalations.Develop listening points in the customer journey and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Manage installation partners.Update and maintain customer requests through custom CRM.All other tasks as reasonably required for the position.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid trainingWork from homeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Lehi, UT 84043: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Solar: 1 year (Required)Customer: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
