Come join our team in our corporate office in Salt Lake City UtahResponsibilities: Prepare and ensure that all schedules effectively meet client requirementsExecute a variety of Scheduling responsibilities for assigned accountsWork with officers and learn the accounts for assignmentWork directly with operation ManagersWork directly with Recruiting/HROther duties as assignedRequirements: Knowledge of security operations and proceduresThree years of prior experience in the security industryStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with peopleKnowledge of supervisory practices and proceduresAbility to multitask and maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstancesPlanning, organizing and leadership skillsOral and written communications skillsAbility to take initiative and achieve resultsAbility to carry out multiple assignments concurrentlyMay be required to work overtime without advance noticeEducation: High school or equivalent (Required)Experience: Relevant experience 5 year (Preferred)Leadership 1 year (Preferred)Supervising 1 year (Preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
