OFFICE / ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
As an Office Manager, you oversee the day-to-day administrative functions by multitasking and taking on a multitude of roles. Utilizing your prior medical office administration experience, you oversee staff members and delegate responsibilities for clerical and clinical work activities. You demonstrate leadership and professionalism while working with all staff, clinicians, and patients. Your overall role is to ensure all policies are adhered to and that operations are seamless. You enjoy your job and feel great about improving the quality of life for our patients and ensuring the success of our organization.
2+ years of experience as an Office Manager in medical practice
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
