Job Description : Incline Property Management is looking to hire a property manager to continue our rapid growth. This ideal candidate will work to help us grow by attracting and retaining our current property owners. This person will work closely with our support staff as well as both owners and tenants.We are looking for a property manager to provide a high level of service and deliver on our mission of helping people grow legacy wealth through rental properties.This position has lots of promotion and growth opportunities within our organizations and businesses.Responsibilities- Give the highest level of service and help our owners grow their legacy wealth- Work closely with the property management team to give 5+ experiences to our owners and renters.- Work with current owners and prospects to get new property owners- Work with team to fill properties with awesome rentersQualifications- An active real estate license-This position will require a high level of general technology use in order to complete day-to-day tasks that provide needed support to the team and its clients.- In-depth understanding of CRMs.- High level of social skills. Our business depends on our ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people.
