Make sure that the concrete is pumped to where it needs to go.Pump HelperLay out hoses and clamps.Help the pump operator maneuver around the job site.Occasionally run the end of the hose.Help out where needed.Skills/Qualifications: MotivatedBe able to lift heavy objectsWilling to get dirtyHaving a coachable attitude and an outgoing personality is far more important to us than having any previous experience.
