Reside Rentals is seeking a part-time Receptionist / Office Assistant to support our team of property managers, repair technicians, other staff, and clients in our Logan, UT office. As one of the quickest growing property management companies in Cache Valley, Reside Rentals strives to deliver outstanding property management services to our owners and residents, while providing a fun, innovative environment for our employees.
The successful candidate will work closely in a professional office environment with our property managers, other staff, owners, and residents. This position supports the office with a wide variety of duties and responsibilities. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing front desk reception and phones support, including receiving and logging rent payments
Providing support to managers, agents, and clients throughout the lease process
Preparing and reviewing lease transaction documents, with a focus on accuracy
Organizing and assembling information packets for owners and residents
Assisting with office marketing plan, involving both online and print media
Providing administrative assistance to various departments, as needed
Providing input on ways to continuously improve our office and services for our clients

Pay starts at $13+ per hour DOE. Room for transition to salary, bonuses, and pay increases based on performance.

Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Professional office, customer service, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
Ability to work at around 20 hours per week during office hours of 9am-5pm, mornings are preferred
