Job Description : Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be required to successfully execute a variety of administrative activities. As executive assistant, you will work directly with two executives to fulfill their needs and the needs of their departments, as well as fulfilling the needs of the Director of Administrative Services as it relates to company events.
Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
Managing or participating on projects and conducting research
Preparing and editing meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, and presentations
Assisting with travel and guest arrangements
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Providing quality customer service
Working in a professional environment
Qualifications:
Associate or higher degree preferred
Experience: With a degree, 2-5 years. Without a degree, 8-10 years
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
