We aspire everyday to do quality work for our clients and help our talent work at some of the most amazing companies.Data Entry AdministrationPay rate: $22.00/hr on w25 Months ContractHires: 2Salt Lake City, Utah – 84116Onsite RoleCore hours 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Flexible)Reports To: Supervisor or Senior Supervisor Maint/EngineeringPOSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing support to the department including responsibility of administering the EAM database where all preventive maintenance, on-demand work orders, calibration records and equipment inventories are created, managed, scheduled and tracked for regulatory compliance.Education/Certification/Experience:Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.Three years of working experience, maintenance/manufacturing function preferred.Strongly prefer previous experience in a manufacturing environment within pharmaceutical, medical device, nutraceutical or food processing industries.Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:Proficiency working with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and basic knowledge of LMS, ERP systems, etc.Knowledge of SAP Maintenance Management Module is desired.Ability to learn new software with training.Ability to receive instruction and follow directions.Ability to interact positively with co-workers and management.Ability to communicate effectively with written and oral communication skills.Ability to follow company policies and procedures.Ability to follow cGMP and other regulatory requirements.ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Participates in all regulatory audits as requested by providing accurate and timely documentation.Maintains all maintenance records and documentation in a state of readiness at all times.Scheduling all preventive maintenance, on demand work orders and calibrations, (utilizing current maintenance program) as required based on the established schedules. This would include but is not limited to; Manufacturing equipment, Facilities Maintenance equipment, Grounds, Warehouse, including Purified water systems, Waste Water systems with all associated ancillary components.Timely creation and closure of all preventive maintenance, on-demand work orders, and calibration records to include any and all scanned attachments as required. Any issues are brought to managements attention.Manages incoming and outgoing device calibration requests to assure timely and accurate completion as needed.Assist with the timely processing and closure of Departmental CAPAs and deviations and related documents as requested.Process controlled document changes utilizing appropriate change control procedures.Assists in the ordering of parts and supplies as requested.Reconciliation of departmental spends including monthly purchasing credit card ledgers as needed.Adherence to established policies, procedures and SOPs.Attend and actively participate in operational improvement meetings, department meetings, safety meetings, vendor consultations, etc. as requested/required.In addition to the EAM maintenance management program currently being used, can use common computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook with ease. Ability to learn new software with training. Knowledge of the SAP maintenance management module is desired.Responsible for completing all training requirements and maintaining 100% compliance with all assignments.Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Record instructions.Responsible for performing additional related duties as assigned.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.Problem Solving:Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.Exercises judgment within specifically defined practices and policies and selects methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Normally receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new assignments.May be asked to recommend methods and procedures for problem resolution.Job Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: $22.00 – $25.00 per hourSchedule:10 hour shiftExperience:Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
