Job Description : Description:FIKA Infusion + Wellness is looking for an experienced general manager to run a locally owned IV Therapy spa. Position will be full-time and requires working some Saturdays. We are looking for someone who communicates openly and works well in a team environment as well as on their own. Candidates need to be self-motivated and able to multitask. This person should also be able to build an engaged work environment for the team. Must be able to provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.Responsibilities:Oversee and support all management duties and team members at facilityManage office supplies and place orders as necessaryHire, onboard and train team members (dismiss if necessary)Perform front desk responsibilities – Phone calls, book appointments, communications, sell & manage memberships, customer interactions, cleaning dutiesEducate guests on service and product offeringsCreate and oversee staff schedulingManage local marketing, partnerships, and eventsProvide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling team meetings, maintaining calendars, performing research, and generating reportsWork with leadership to develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriatelyResponsible for sales reports, office budget, payroll certificationIdentify opportunities for process improvements, and provide feedback to leadership as neededHelp resolve customer service issues in a kind, professional mannerRespond to all after-hour requests (alarms, cleaning/maintenance, etc.)Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritizeEducate and train othersStrong leadershipOffice and general managementSelf-motivated and adaptable to changeComputer Skills: (Including Microsoft Suite, Point of Sale, phone systems)Preferred Skills:Interest in nutrition and wellnessInventory/supply managementQualifications:3-5 years of work experience in customer servicePrevious experience managing a team2-3 years of sales experienceFriendly outgoing individual who can connect with a variety of clientsPreferred Qualifications:Experience scheduling teamsAdministrative/office management experienceAdditional Benefits:Generous performance Bonus and IncentivesMedical & Dental Insurance offeredFree treatments and generous discounting on all products & servicesFriends and Family discounts availableFriendly team members and happy-healthy guestsFun and challenging job in a beautiful spa-like environment*No medical experience necessaryJob Type: Full-timePay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftOn callWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Salt Lake City, UT 84106: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):Do you have at least 3 years of customer service experience?Do you have previous experience managing people?Work Location: One location
