Position : Personal Assistant to CEO
Job Description : Produce accurate office files, update spreadsheets and craft presentations to support executives and boost team productivity.Respond to emails and other correspondence to facilitate communication and enhance business processes.Source and order office equipment and supplies.Oversee personal and professional calendars and coordinate appointments for future events.Maintain appropriate filing of personal and professional documentation.Organize and attend meetings and compile related documents and reports.Coordinate events, prepare agendas and manage schedule for CEO.Prepare documents, reports and presentations for CEO using advanced software proficiencies.Manage social media accounts by creating posts and responding to comments.Answer incoming phone calls and emails, and present urgent requests for timely response.Complete clerical tasks such as filing, copying and distributing mail.Execute basic banking and bookkeeping tasks.Deliver and Pick up checks. Coordinate payments for invoices with vendors.Courier Services (running documents from place to place).Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 – $22.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayOn callWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Eagle Mountain, UT 84005: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
