Job Description : Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Greet all guests.
Be knowledgeable about all activities the facility has to offer.
Follow all policies set forth by Provo Beach.
Attend all in-service and training meetings.
Perform all cleaning duties as outlined.
Be constantly looking for new ways to improve knowledge about Provo Beach.
Be able to answer all customer questions.
Enforce all Provo Beach guest policies.
Properly perform all job duties as outlined in training.
Report any problems to a manager.
Complete all tasks that the Rescues or Floor Manager may ask you to do, related to the job.
Special/ Additional Responsibilities:
Know how to operate the FlowRider.
Know about FlowRider policies and educate all guests about them.
Enforce all FlowRider rules and policies.
Teach guests how to properly ride the FlowRider.
Ensure that all safety measures are in place so that each guest is safe.
