From seed selection through growing, harvesting, packing, shipping, and servicing customers, the company is a leader in the North American greenhouse sector.Job duties:AP and/or AR duties.Enter invoices with extremely high precisionGather gather data to create a new vendor in our operating systemUse judgement in assisting to determine allocation for expendituresEnsure all proper approvals are in place upon entryPromptly obtain and enter all necessary documentation to support entry and payment of invoicesUtilize computer program to create necessary reports for monitoring and tracking payablesCommunicate with vendors in a professional manner to reconcile any differences on invoices, packing slips and purchase ordersRequirementsMicrosoft Office computer skills are a mustMust have at least 2 years Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable or related financial experienceMust have High School diploma or equivalent work experienceJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
