Job Description : OverviewDrain Tech is seeking a detail oriented individual to join our team as a part time Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher. We are a small but growing drain cleaning / plumbing company located in Layton and treat our employees like family.This position requires in person training at our Layton office to start but would then be fully remote. The typical work day will be from 2 PM to 5 PM Monday to Friday with after hours phone coverage on Tuesdays and Fridays every week and 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month. Pay is hourly from 2 PM to 5 PM and commission after hours.This position is responsible for interacting with customers on the phone and via email to book drain cleaning service calls. The ideal candidate should be energized by working in a fast paced environment. To thrive in this role, you must be detail oriented, polite, and positive. Prior experience with home service businesses and field service management software is a plus.
