Job Description : Alpine Dermatology & Laser is seeking a professional and growth-minded office manager with medical office administration (required), medical billing(required) and digital marketing experience.Alpine Dermatology is a well-established, patient centered; multi-faceted dermatology clinic as well as a med spa nestled in Alpine, Utah in the heart of beautiful Utah County.Clinic hours are Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.Because of the complexity and rigorous patient flow in our office, a minimum of 2 year of medical office management experience is required.You will oversee all operations of the clinic including but not limited to: reception staff, medical staff, insurance billing department and general day to day operations of practice as a whole.Requirements include:Experience in insurance and patient billing process from start to finishQuickBooks knowledgeMedical office managementAbility to multitaskAbility to lead staff in multiple different areas with a focus on exemplary patient care.This is a full time position with medical, dental, vision and 401K. We are tight-knit, group and we have a lot of fun working together in helping our patients in any way possible. Ours is a very entrepreneurial office with state-of-the art software, state of the art lasers and very talented providers.
