Position : Construction Regional/Project Manager
Job Description : Wize Solutions is looking for an energetic and motivated Regional/Project Manager to join our team. This position currently will be based out of the corporate office in Utah for the majority of the time. You will be required to travel to job sites as necessary. This position is salary-based working 40-50 hours per week Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM generally having your weekends off, on occasion you may be required to work a weekend. There will be required travel to your job sites in Utah and Idaho based on the needs of the customer, company, employees, and to ensure the deadlines are met.The Specific job responsibilities for this position are listed below (these may change from time to time as necessary.Report to the Operations ManagerCurrent regional staffing needsReview of Regional profitabilityIdentifying needs and opportunitiesReview regional safety recordOversee the day-to-day management of your regionBilingual in Spanish (Preferred)Ensuring customer satisfactionScheduling of projectsCoordinating employee schedulesEnsuring maintenance of work vehiclesTracking and inventory of company toolsAdjusting (when needed) and approving timecardsProcessing per diemConduct employee reviewsConduct employee trainingConduct Foreman trainingEnsuring safety in all aspects at the job sitesProject ManagementReview drawings and projects prior to deploymentCommunicating and facilitating change ordersManaging employee spendingTracking job profitabilityEnsuring accuracy and professionalism of projectsOther project management as neededThis position prefers you to be bilingual in SpanishBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionAvailable after the first 90 day periodOther benefitsCompany truckGas cardCompany Credit Card (for job purchases)Paid Travel if Overnight (Airfare, Hotel, etc.)To learn more about Wize Solutions, Inc. go to www.wizesolutions.comJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $70,001.00 per year
