Job Description : Staffing Solutions of Hawaii, an Array Company, is hiring a Talent Agent based in Honolulu! This role will support our recruitment initiatives through identifying, attracting, screening, and hiring candidates for multiple business units. We are looking to bring someone onboard ASAP to help support our growing book of business.

The Job: Simply put, your purpose will be to qualify and hire candidates who have the potential to become Peak Performers for our open positions.
How You Crush It: Actively reach qualified candidates through outbound communication, including calls/emails/texts and social platforms, documenting the information into our ATS, and working with our clients to ensure shift coverage and client satisfaction.
